Plan for at least 10 minutes per day, in the morning or before sleep. Some days may be shorter or longer depending on how you feel, but as a baseline, we ask you to aim for one or two short sessions most days.

Sessions are gentle, guided experiences that might include: • Soft cues on when to inhale and exhale • Invitations to notice sensations in your body • Suggestions that help you pace your breath for calm or focus • Occasional check-ins about how you feel before and after With each session, the goal is not “perfection”. The goal is to help your body practice a pattern of breathing and awareness that feels more settled and more prepared.

During one of your first few sessions, we’ll guide you through box breathing. It’s a simple pattern used to help your body settle and find a steady rhythm. How to do box breathing (step-by-step): 1. Inhale: Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of four. Imagine moving up one side of a box. 2. Hold: Gently hold your breath for a count of four. Visualize moving across the top of the box. 3. Exhale: Release your breath slowly through your mouth for a count of four. Imagine moving down the other side of the box. 4. Hold: Pause with your breath out for a count of four. Visualize moving across the bottom of the box to complete the cycle. Repeat: Continue this pattern for a few cycles, usually a minute or two is enough to feel more grounded.

Life happens. If you miss a day: • The app will gently guide you back in without shaming you • You can resume your sessions the next day • If you fall behind, you do not need to “catch up” by doing extra long sessions As with any type of training, consistency matters more than intensity. Just return when you can. Every session is a fresh start.

Yes. If you already have routines like yoga, meditation, or breathwork, you can continue them. We may occasionally ask you about what else you are doing so we can better understand your experience and the context around changes you notice.
