mytorso.ai is a Vancouver-based wellness platform that helps your body and mind learn how to rest, focus, and reset through your breath.

We use an armband and a personalized breath coach to give you guided sessions and feedback that are grounded in your own physiology, not guesses or generic advice. We believe that everyone deserves tools that actually listen to their body, not ask them to push past it.

What is the beta trial?

The beta trial is a 30-day pilot where a small group tests our early product at home. You will use the armband and app for short guided sessions, usually in the morning or before sleep, while we learn how well the system supports calm, focus, and recovery in real life.

What is the goal of this beta?

We have two goals:
1. Help you notice and improve your own baseline of calm and readiness through breath-focused sessions.
2. Learn how to make the experience smoother, more intuitive, and more effective before a wider launch. Your experience, feedback, and consistency will directly shape how mytorso.ai grows!

How long does the beta last?

The core beta period is 30 days from the day you complete onboarding and start your first official session. Over that month, we’ll guide you through tailored wellness sessions, and we’re here with you the whole way.

What happens at the end of the 30 days?

Accepted Answer

At the end of the beta, you’ll:
 • Complete a short reflection so we can understand your experience
 • Hear from us about what we learned together and what’s coming next
 • Receive updates on future versions, ongoing access, and any follow-up opportunities

But this isn’t a goodbye! The beta may end, but our connection won’t. We’ll stay in touch with updates, next steps, and opportunities to keep exploring the mind–body work we’re building together.

Do I have to pay to be in the beta?

You’re all set! There’s no fee to take part in the beta, which means you can simply focus on the experience. Your app access and the wearable band you’ll use during the trial are both provided at no cost. Just bring your curiosity and share how the journey feels for you!

Who is this beta for?

This beta is for people who are:
 • Curious about how their body responds to stress and rest
 • Open to trying guided breath-based practices
 • Willing to wear a lightweight armband during short sessions
 • Able to commit to most days over a 30-day period

You do not need to have meditation experience. You also do not need to be “good at relaxing.” A big part of this trial is learning how your system responds over time, and giving yourself space to notice small shifts.

What will I receive as a beta participant?

 • Access to the mytorso.ai app and your personalized breath coach
 • A 30-day session plan focused on morning and evening practice

What is expected of me as a beta participant?

 • Use the arm band and app for most days over the 30-day period
 • Aim for at least one 10 minute session per day, in the morning or before sleep.

 • Share any bugs, confusion, or discomfort so we can improve the experience
